Facilities Associate

This position is a key part of delivering excellent service to our guests and members by performing daily maintenance tasks, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring that rooms and corridors are in good working order.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in bedrooms and corridors
- Carry out programmed maintenance cleaning
- Cyclical carpet cleaning and floor polishing
- Ensure agreed stocks of replacement items for bedrooms and corridors
- Guarantee guest rooms and corridors are in the required working condition
- Report any health and safety concerns on the floor
