Retail Store Manager

As the Sore Manager, you will lead our team of dedicated staff members in our Brisbane CBD store. Use your previous experience as a manager/2IC and your passion for homeware products.
Develop and lead our fun and friendly team of staff and oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store
Your main duties include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales, and maintaining the store's overall performance.
You are in charge of supervising employees, handling inventory, managing stock levels and rotation, setting sales targets, and ensuring that the store meets company policies and operational standards. You will oversee general store maintenance and ensure high standards of cleanliness
You are also responsible for merchandising, maintaining the store's appearance, and developing strategies to improve sales and profitability.
Undertake opening and closing store procedures
Your role is crucial in delivering a positive customer experience, build strong customer relationships and ensuring the store runs efficiently and profitably.
