The Role
We're looking for energetic, organised and reliable all-rounders to join our team as
Club Operations Assistants / Membership & Operations Coordinators
.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety — from helping members at the front desk, to handling membership administration, to keeping the club running smoothly.
You'll report directly to the Club Owners and work closely with them to deliver an exceptional member experience.
We are open to filling this as
one full-time role (36 hours per week)
or
two part-time roles
(one morning shift, one afternoon shift).
Shifts Available
Morning Shift:
Monday to Thursday: 10:00am – 2:00pm
Friday: 10:00am – 2:00pm
(Approx. 20 hours per week)
Afternoon Shift:
Monday to Thursday: 3:00pm – 7:00pm
(Approx. 16 hours per week)
Optional:
Saturday 9:00am – 1:00pm (as needed)
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist members with a friendly, professional attitude
Handle membership enquiries, sign-ups and account administration
Manage payments, basic reporting and daily operational tasks
Assist with social media posts and member communications
Keep the gym clean, safe and presentable
Coordinate maintenance and equipment servicing
Support promotions, challenges and local marketing
Staying on top of club compliance matters
About You
Friendly, approachable and confident with people
Highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable with basic computer systems (training provided)
Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Current Working With Children Check
(or willingness to obtain)
Experience in customer service, admin or fitness is an advantage, but not essential
