NBCG - Northern Beaches Creative Gardens

Established in 1990 we have become a well-known and reputable provider of garden maintenance and landscaping services in Sydney's Northern Beaches, Lower North Shore and more recently servicing the Eastern Suburbs. Northern Beaches Creative Gardens has grown his business to what it is today through passion, knowledge, and immaculate attention to detail to deliver first class results. Our belief is to create a trusting and tailored approach to keep gardens at the highest possible standard.

We seek an experienced and reliable individual for a fulltime Horticultural Team Leader position in Northern Beaches.

NBC is looking for an experienced Team leader/ Supervisor to join our team.

Essential skills: Team leader
- Planting, hedging, trimming, pest control, fertilising and lawn maintenance.
- Safely operating power tools
- Be able to lead a team, and work in a team.
- Basic administration skills: reporting, calculations, etc.

- Planting, hedging, trimming, pest control, fertilising and lawns maintenance.
- Safely operating power tools
- Be able to lead a team, and work in a team.
- Supervision of garden maintenance, lawn maintenance and landscape construction, projects.
- Staff supervision, planning and organising
- Liaising with clients, CRM
- Ensuring maintenance contracts and landscape construction projects are maintained and executed to perfection.
- Quoting and quantifying new projects
- Administrative skills
- Leadership skills, and experience leading a team.

The successful applicant will have:

- Minimum Cert III in Horticulture/ Turf Management or equivalent.
- Chem Cert Certificate, First Aid/ CPR Certificate, Ideally.
- A current Australian driver's licence, Mandatory
- Previous experience managing a team of staff to achieve a positive work environment.
- Be looking for a new challenge and have a strong work ethic.
- Be able to manage staff to follow timelines, deadlines and routines in conjunction with our client's needs and schedules.
- Meet output and standards to continually improve the needs and requirements of our sites.

Salary expectations will be accordingly to the experience of the applicants.
