As Student Success Assistant, you will support various administrative functions aimed at enhancing student success. You will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proactive approach to supporting student engagement and retention efforts.

In this role you will:

- Assist in diverse administrative tasks to support student success initiatives.
- Provide high-quality customer service to students through various channels.
- Assist with events, activities, advice, and support for students through their onboarding and orientation_._
- This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land)._

- Demonstrated experience in administration with a strong customer service focus.

**What we offer**:
The remuneration for this position is from $71,626 to $77,858 + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
