OverviewJoin to apply for the Laboratory Technologist role at Asahi Beverages.Your ImpactAs a Laboratory Technologist, you'll support our brewing and packaging operations by managing beverage and in-process sample testing to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
You'll deliver accurate analytical data to key stakeholders, maintain laboratory equipment, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enable our business goals to be met.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain laboratory equipment calibration, servicing, and recordsManage sampling, preparation, and testing in line with Asahi methods and standardsDeliver accurate and timely analytical results, escalating non-conformance and safety issuesSupport documentation, SOP development, and training for laboratory processesEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements and drive operational improvementsQualificationsTertiary chemistry-related degree qualifications with proven experience operating in an analytical chemist capacity, ideally within the food, beverage, pharmaceutical or related industryProficiency in data analysis, statistical tools, and technical report writingSkilled in maintaining and calibrating lab equipment (HPLC/GC desirable)Organised, detail-focused, with strong communication skills and able to manage multiple priorities, autonomously.Knowledge of OHSE standards for laboratories and ISO/IEC 17025 compliance desirableWhy Asahi Beverages?
