About this Position We seek a commercially minded IT leader to drive strategy and delivery of our supply chain and logistics applications.
This role bridges business operations and technology, ensuring platforms like WMS, replenishment, routing, and compliance systems are robust and aligned with business needs.
Reporting to the CIO, you will shape our supply chain technology roadmap and lead a small team.
You'll collaborate with operational leaders and site teams nationwide to ensure solutions are technically sound and fit-for-purpose.
Key Responsibilities Own and drive the enterprise applications roadmap for supply chain and logistics systems, including Manhattan WMS, replenishment tools, route planning, and compliance platforms.
Lead end-to-end project delivery for complex technology initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Partner with operations and site leaders to identify pain points, prioritize initiatives, and translate business needs into IT solutions.
Support and mentor two direct reports, fostering trust and professional growth.
Align stakeholders across IT and business units, ensuring transparency and engagement.
Support major projects such as LogMaster rollout, voice picking enablement, Manhattan WMS expansion, and new route planning solutions.
Ensure stability during transitions and prepare the team for long-term success, especially with WMS for new site builds.
What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you will bring: At least 5 years of leadership experience managing enterprise applications in supply chain or logistics.
Deep knowledge of warehouse operations and hands-on experience with WMS platforms (preferably Manhattan).
Proven ability to deliver complex IT projects in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
A strategic yet practical mindset, capable of building roadmaps and understanding business needs.
Strong stakeholder management skills to navigate conflicting views and drive alignment.
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills with a calm, empowering leadership style.
Willingness to travel to site locations as needed.
Bonus Points For: Experience with Manhattan WMS or other Tier 1 warehouse management solutions.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices in logistics or operations-led IT environments.
