Injection Moulding Lead (Tool Setter & Maintenance)

Looking for an exciting opportunity? TRS Resourcing is currently searching for an experienced Injection Moulding Lead for our client based in Tullamarine, 3043. This is a full-time position offering $42.72 per hour plus super.

Responsibilities:

- Setting and operating injection moulding machines
- Independently setting tools for injection moulding
- Collaborating with Engineering and Quality personnel to establish production processes and parameters for new products
- Coordinating maintenance requirements for injection moulding
- Perimeter programming

Requirements and Skills:

- Experience in processing various plastic materials
- Ability to identify and resolve processing issues
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent mechanical aptitude
- Demonstrated focus on safety and quality in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated attitude
