We're growing our marketing services team and looking for a Marketing Executive to grow with us.This is a hands-on role where you'll be part of an experienced marketing department, working across both performance and brand marketing.
You'll help create bulletproof strategies and deliver integrated campaigns from start to finish.

You\'re eager to build your confidence in strategy as well as execution, and you thrive in a collaborative agency setting.What You'll Do Assist with digital strategy through research, analysis, and reporting Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest) Track performance and contribute insights for continuous improvement Support creative briefing and collaborate with designers Help manage client relationships and participate in meetings Contribute to social media management and agency marketing Assist with brand workshops, audience research, and campaign planning Work closely with external clients and Thirst Creative's internal marketingWhat You Bring 1–2 years\' digital marketing experience (ideally agency-side) Confident with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign optimisation Strong communications with sharp writing and attention to detail Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects Comfortable working independently and in a team Foundational knowledge of brand strategy, customer journeys, or funnels Exposure to strategy tools (e.g. SWOT, STP, personas) Analytical mindset with a knack for insightsBonus points Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, GTM, Canva, Figma, Adobe, or automation tools Experience using ad accounts (Google Ads or Meta Ads) Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Have completed any of Mark Ritson's Mini MBAWhy Thirst Creative?
