your assigned tasks and instructed by registered nurses in the client care plan.Your Responsibilities include.assisting clients with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing and toiletingassisting clients with meal preparationproviding companionship and emotional supportdriving clients to appointments and social activitiesmonitoring and reporting and changes in client's health and or wellbeing and promptly reporting to RN.Accurately and thoroughly documenting services provided into visual care app.REQUIRMENTS:Minimum 1 year experience in community care dementia care experience (preferred)cert III in aged carefirst aid and CPRNDIS screen checkWorking with children checkdriver's license and own care with comprehensive car insuranceQualificationsCERTIFICATE 3 OR 4 IN INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT OR EQUIVILENT
