Right at Home North (South Morang) is looking for a female personal care worker (PCW) for immediate start.

MUST BE HAPPY TO TRAVEL WITH OWN CAR.

You will be providing care for each client's individual needs in the comfort of their own home. Your assigned tasks will be instructed by registered nurses in the client care plan.

Your Responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting clients with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  2. Assisting clients with meal preparation
  3. Providing companionship and emotional support
  4. Driving clients to appointments and social activities
  5. Monitoring and reporting any changes in client's health or wellbeing and promptly reporting to RN
  6. Accurately and thoroughly documenting services provided into Visual Care app

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in community care; dementia care experience preferred
  • Certificate III in Aged Care
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • NDIS screening check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Driver's license and own vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
Qualifications

Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support or equivalent
