Female Personal Care Worker

Right at Home North (South Morang) is looking for a female personal care worker (PCW) for immediate start.MUST BE HAPPY TO TRAVEL WITH OWN CAR.You will be providing care for each client's individual needs in the comfort of their own home.
Your assigned tasks will be instructed by registered nurses in the client care plan.Your Responsibilities include:Assisting clients with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toiletingAssisting clients with meal preparationProviding companionship and emotional supportDriving clients to appointments and social activitiesMonitoring and reporting any changes in client's health or wellbeing and promptly reporting to RNAccurately and thoroughly documenting services provided into Visual Care appREQUIREMENTS:Minimum 1 year experience in community care; dementia care experience preferredCertificate III in Aged CareFirst Aid and CPR certificationNDIS screening checkWorking with Children CheckDriver's license and own vehicle with comprehensive car insuranceQualificationsCertificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support or equivalent
