This role offers the opportunity to develop and implement strategic sourcing, category management, and supply management strategies that deliver best value outcomes for JLL and our clients.As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients, playing a core role in sourcing activities while supporting our bid and sales initiatives.This is a hybrid role with the successful candidate based in either our corporate office in either Melbourne or Sydney CBD at least 3 days a week.Snapshot of the roles :Establish, lead and execute category plans, strategies and frameworks to meet client needs and expectationsPresent sourcing project outcomes and key recommendations to stakeholders and decision-makersDevelop optimal sourcing strategies achieving consistent, quality outcomes across JLL's diverse client baseConduct negotiations on critical, complex supply arrangements and manage contract negotiationsManage key contracts and their administration while ensuring optimal vendor deliveryIdentify and evaluate new market trends and opportunities to deliver strategic procurement decisionsProvide advice to key stakeholders and clients on all aspects of procurement category strategyReport on procurement activity in terms of progress, results, client satisfaction, value and costBenefitsGreat employee discounts off fitness, wellbeing & other renowned bandsPrivate Health Insurance DiscountsActive Social ClubEmployee assistant programNovated Lease for EV carsPaid time off for volunteer workCareer Opportunities with Australia's #1 Commercial Real Estate firmPremium officesHybrid / flexible workingRequirements :Tertiary education in Business, Commerce, Economics, or related fields3 to 5 years' experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing and negotiationWork experience with exposure to IFM (integrated facilities management) principles and / or experience will be an added advantageDemonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skills across all organisational levelsExperience in financial modelling, feasibility studies and total cost of ownership analysisAbility to work effectively both independently and in a team environmentSound proficiency in Excel and PowerPointAbout us :At JLL, we see a Brighter Wayforward for our clients, our people, our planet, and our communities.
