Procurement Assistant

As a procurement specialist, you will be responsible for researching and sourcing products, supplies, and equipment for the National Supply Chain department. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves assisting procurement managers with developing and executing category management plans, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, and negotiating costs and contract terms.

You will also be responsible for completing end-to-end sourcing activities, including product research and sampling, ensuring the national contracts database is up to date, and managing inventory levels and forecasting of stock.

This position reports to the Executive Manager - Procurement.
