**Who we are**

We Care Providers is an NDIS Disability Service Provider based in Essendon. We offer a wide range of supports and services to people with disabilities across Melbourne.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Disability Support Worker in the Heidelberg West area.

The position offers a set Monday & Friday 6:30am-9:30am shift, and 3:30pm-6:30pm Wednesday shift.

**What you'll be doing**

In line with your commitment to customer care, you will have experience working with people with disability and enjoy community participation and being active. You must be able to communicate effectively and follow and implement individual service plans, personal care, healthcare, and positive behaviour support plans to our clients in their homes.

Experience in the following fields would be highly advantageous
- Psych-social disability
- Level 3 Autism (Non Verbal)
- Intellectual disability
- Medication Management

**Who you'll be working with**

Reporting to the NDIS Manager in Customer Care Team you will be part of a wider team of approx. 20 service delivery professionals; however, you won't work directly with them. Our team is full of dynamic and motivated individuals who are passionate about supporting the health and wellbeing of those affected in their communities.

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Australian resident
- Workers Screening Check, Working with Childrens and First Aid + CPR
- Have a vehicle with current comprehensive car insurance
- Australian Licence
