We are looking for a motivated and innovative Purchasing Coordinator who will manage procurement with our external suppliers via our settlement processes, delivering the best in customer experience to our drivers.

**Requirements**:

- Responsibility for the efficient and accurate management of all asset orders, ensuring the procurement of vehicles is aligned with the company's / supplier's guidelines - meeting all SLA's / KPI's.
- Vehicle Ordering and supplier acceptances.
- On Time Delivery management - efficient management of the order pipe, including clear and concise updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Vehicle confirmation process.
- Vehicle Delivery Process.
- Off Lease / vehicle return management.
- Management of shared inboxes;
- Providing consistently exceptional customer service.

**We're looking for someone who's**
- Experience within the Leasing, Finance or Automotive industry looked upon favourably;
- Has relevant customer service experience, particularly in procurement;
- Has Background in utilisation of ERP systems including Miles;
- Well versed in the Microsoft Office suite;
- Can deliver within set service length agreements (SLA's);
- Provides strong internal and external stakeholder management;
- Is a great problem solver and enjoys working in a vibrant and energetic team.
