Our client is a global company that is breaking new ground in setting trends across their industry. Due to their rapidly growing team, they are currently looking for an enthusiastic, and driven Human Resources Graduate to join their team.

They are looking for someone with a strong dedication to the role that is willing to expand their experience and grow their role within the company.

This is a rare opportunity to join a growing organisation with establishing, building and maintaining the HR management systems.

**About you**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Specific qualifications in Human Resources and/ or safety or another relative discipline would be desirable.
- Demonstrated capacity and strong willingness to learn and develop
- Highly developed administration skills coupled with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Excellent influencing, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and interpret awards and legislation
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and Employment relations policies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to multi-task competing priorities
