We are currently hiring a Senior Data & AI Engineer based out of either our Sydney or Brisbane offices.
Reporting to the Head of Data & Analytics, this role offers the opportunity to lead innovative, end-to-end solutions, from data ingestion and integration to AI-powered experiences, while shaping architecture, pipelines, automation, and data warehousing across Snowflake, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure AI Foundry.

Benefits Heavily discounted accommodation at Ingenia Holiday Parks Employee share options Retailer discounts Novated Lease options Hybrid working options Up to 26 weeks paid parental leave Key Responsibilities Design and automate data pipelines using Azure ADF, SQL, REST APIs, Blob Storage, ensuring high data quality and reliability Design, Build and maintain Snowflake data warehouse architecture, models, including documentation for both technical and business audiences Develop and deploy AI and automation solutions using AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Power Apps Integrate and model data from diverse sources to support real-time and batch processing with scalable, high-performance architecture Champion data governance and AI adoption, ensuring compliance and guiding teams through secure, responsible use of data and AI About You 10+ years' experience in a similar role Extensive senior-level experience in data engineering, with strong ETL/ELT skills using ADF, SQL and Snowflake Proven ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders, gather requirements, and communicate effectively Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data management principles Hands-on experience designing and deploying solutions using AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Power Apps Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills, stakeholder collaboration, and a proactive, customer-focused approach Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, IT, or a related field Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g. Azure Architect, Azure Developer, Cloud Platform Technologies) Recruitment Process Apply via Ingenia's website (no cover letter needed) Phone conversation with Talent Acquisition team Interviews Background Checks Receive your offer, and join your team that values your contribution and collaboration All applicants must be able to work in Australia and provide evidence of working rights, as well as undergo a National Police Check.
