We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Customer Service and Warehouse Assistant to join our friendly and expanding team in Keysborough Victoria.

**The Role**:
Reports to the Warehouse Manager the key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Maintain a safe workplace and always adhere to the company OH&S requirements.
- First point of contact for customer interactions, order collection, customer enquiry, and address any customer concerns or issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service for all customer interactions.
- Utilize Unleashed to record detailed notes and close orders that have been collected.
- Receive & process customer returns, record items returned, check for damage, missing parts and advise sales staff so a return can be processed.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies as required in a timely manner.
- Ensure daily reports are actioned. (Waiting for Pick up, W2BR)
- Ensure customer compliance with operating warehouse traffic management plan.
- Pick & Pack orders when not attending to customer's and assist the team.
- Perform warehouse inventory controls including rolling stock takes.
- Unpacking containers
- Constantly work to improve processes and make suggestions.
- Identify errors and report it to the Manager.
- Sustain the corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues

- Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
- Attention to detail.
- A strong OH&S mindset
- Current forklift license would be advantageous but not mandatory
- Organized, efficient, good at multitasking, and driven to succeed.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
