Qualifications & Experience2+ years' experience in the Horticulture/Gardening industryWillingness to work towards a Qualification in HorticultureExperience operating and maintaining a large range of commercial landscape maintenance equipmentThe ability to encourage team members to work effectively togetherGood time management and communication skillsCurrent Chemcert is desirable, or willing to obtainThe ability to adhere to company WH&S policies ensuring a safe and productive workplaceA desire to provide a high quality commercial maintenance servicePolice check will be carried out prior to employmentTasks & ResponsibilitiesWork within the team on a run in Sutherland ShireTasks mainly involve mowing (both ride on and push mowing), whipper snipping, etc.Organisation and programming of tasks completed on siteTake pride in producing high quality workRegularly liaising with the Team LeaderEnsuring all works are completed in a safe mannerRole is run based, working with the team to ensure targets are metInvolves working on a variety of landscapes onsite, mainly parks and open spacesCompetitive wage package (and bonuses) are negotiableYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
