**About the Opportunity**
HCA has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Parts Coordinator to join the Western division. Based in Tom Price, this position will see you focus on the coordination and supply of quality parts to both external customers and internal stakeholders, maintaining a high level of service delivery whilst achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Reporting to the Pilbara Manager and WA Parts Manager you will be responsible for:
- Interpreting, identifying and supplying parts to meet customer requirements
- Liaise with corporate office, manufacturer and/or supplier on matters pertaining to customers, parts availability, parts provisioning, product, pricing, competition and warranty
- Sourcing parts externally as required
- Initiating invoices for parts and resolving invoice and purchase order discrepancies
- Working to and exceeding sales targets by identifying additional sales opportunities
- Updating and maintain computer records including MS Dynamics
To be successful you will:
- Ensure the HCA Safety Culture is embraced, displayed and driven from within - safety takes priority over everything else
- Have previous experience in a parts environment
- A developed mechanical understanding
- High level of computer literacy, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Forklift license is essential
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be highly advantageous
