**Racecourse Grange Care**is a purpose built 120 bed Aged Care residence that provides state of the art care utilising our Better Together model based at Mornington.

**Your New Role**

As a member of the Care team, you will get to join a team who are united in providing exceptional care to our residents and support to their families.

We are seeking Care Companions for **Permanent and Casual roles.**

**What Your New Role Looks Like**:

- Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
- Ensuring detailed documentation is updated
- Building and maintaining strong relationships within our team, with our customers and family members
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
- Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive

**About You**

**Does this sound like you?**
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Flexibility and availability to work Morning (AM) or Afternoon (PM) shifts across seven-day roster (set days are available)
- You hold Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate III in Disability etc
- A current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable vehicle
- All Australian Unity employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including the Booster and must have received a 2022 flu vaccination
