Senior Engineering Manager - Fixed Wing
This role is responsible for leading a team of licensed aircraft maintenance engineers in the fixed wing operations. The successful candidate will have experience in aviation maintenance and engineering management.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of engineers in the fixed wing operations
Manage all engineering activities including tooling, procurement, records management, and training
Ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural standards
Requirements:
Current CASA Part 66 B1 and/or B2 & C Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence
Minimum ten (10) years' experience as a LAME in aviation maintenance and engineering management
Advanced knowledge of current CASA regulatory legislation
Desirable Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Senior Manager or Chief Engineer in an aviation organisation
Demonstrated ability to manage a team in an aviation environment
Experience using computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS)
