Drive Agile delivery by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, supporting team planning and execution, and ensuring alignment with release timelines. Collaborate with Product Owners and BAs to manage refined backlogs, handle change requests, and remove impediments. Oversee risk management compliance, Definition of Done adherence, release management, and team timesheet approvals to support project tracking and financial accuracy.

**Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinements, retrospectives, and PI planning
- Guide teams in creating achievable quarterly and sprint plans aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with Product Owners and BAs to maintain a prioritised and well-groomed backlog
- Manage change requests and assess their impact on sprint commitments
- Track and remove team impediments to ensure smooth delivery
- Oversee release planning, monitoring progress against deadlines, and ensuring Definition of Done (DoD) adherence
- Maintain Azure DevOps boards, team delivery plans (MIRO/Confluence), and ensure accurate release and status updates
- Facilitate risk assessments, technical impact analysis, and roll-back planning for high-risk changes
- Support cross-team dependency management and communication
- Approve team timesheets and assist with financial tracking for project cost reporting
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and team charter development
- Foster a collaborative, productive, and positive team environment

**Requirements**:
- Proven Scrum Master or Agile team experience in software development
- Strong grasp of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC best practices
- Skilled in project/resource planning and basic project management
- Confident facilitator with presentation experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Exposure to financial services, wealth management, or accountancy (preferred)
- Effective time management and prioritisation
- Strong client focus and teamwork orientation
- High integrity, accountability, and leadership presence
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and organised
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
