You will be working with a top-tier end-user organization. They are undertaking a number of long-term initiatives across both digital delivery as well as restructure of their organisational set up. As a part of that they are looking for a senior Scrum Master & Agile Coach to assist them in Scrumming all current processes as well as coaching the organization into SAFe agile environment.

You will be working closely with senior stakeholder including senior directors across both the transformation / restructure as well as digital service and product delivery.

Please note, recent and local demonstrated, hands-on implementation of agile as a Scrum Master is essential to be a successful applicant (Business Analyst / PM experience is NOT enough).

To be successful for this role,
**your CV will need to reflect on following skill-set**:

- Demonstrated recent experience as both a Scrum Master AND Agile Coach (NOT PM or Business analyst);
- Certification across Agile / Scrum and ideally SAFe Agile implementation;
- Exceptional communications and demonstrated senior stakeholder management skills;
- Demonstrated implementation experience within Agile principals and methodology across large complex enterprises;
- Direct experience in working with project managers, business analysts, product owners, test leads and other senior stakeholders throughout implementation of agile;
- Demonstrated experience in working with development teams and ability to optimise and improve all involved processes;
- Experience across daily stand-ups, Agile Ceremonies and Sprint planning as a Scrum Master;
- Experience in supporting the managing of risks and dependencies;
- Experience in implementing a visible system of work, including managing the product backlog to have a clear view on progress with the Epics and Features.

Desired but not essential:

- Experience within NSW Government organizations as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach;
- Experience within Digital Applications Development And/Or DevOps Environments;
