This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position, has a strong background in software development, and is passionate about mentoring teams and driving technical excellence.You will be responsible for architectural decisions, ensuring scalable and maintainable systems, and acting as a key technical liaison between stakeholders and development teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and communicate the technical strategy for supported products.Promote scalable, maintainable systems through governance and design reviews.Resolve technical blockers and provide escalation support.Champion continuous integration and improvement practices.Standardise technical practices across teams.Ensure compliance with best practices and relevant frameworks.Act as a conduit between technical and business stakeholders.Mentor technical staff and foster a collaborative team culture.Develop and review design, architectural, and technical documentation.Engage in strong stakeholder relationship management.Technical Skills & ExperienceEssential:Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Proven experience in software development using .
