**In this Consultant, Customer Engagement and Growth role, reporting to Sophie Slater, you will**
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns and work with the team to ensure excellent outcomes through workflow management, forward planning and more.
- Use a number of metrics and data points to conduct meaningful analysis of campaigns, producing insights that inform and shape future work.
- Synthesise data and insights into actionable items with demonstrable outcomes. This will include presenting findings, recommendations and proposals to various internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate and engage with stakeholders, internal and external, including white label partners. Tactfully communicating and building relationships to create strong stakeholder buy-in through strategic storytelling.
- Ensure full compliance and governance for campaigns, including budget and the documentation of campaign artefacts.
- Aligning to overarching business objectives and strategy, considering this in key decision making.

**What you'll bring**
- Good marketing campaign management experience, ideally within the banking and finance sector.
- Demonstrable experience deriving insights from marketing data and analytics, ideally in relation to campaign execution, performance and outcomes.
- Outstanding communication both written and verbal, can confidently communicate with influence to negotiate, engage and leverage key stakeholders and partners.
- Well-developed stakeholder management skills, can strategically engage with stakeholders to drive buy-in, deliver, and is relationship led to understand challenges and impacts.
- Strong commercial acumen, able to identify issues or opportunities and proactively create solutions and optimisations
