As a Customer Engagement Consultant at Ebet, you'll develop, conduct, and maintain effective training programs for both customers and employees. You'll be at the heart of driving product utilisation through in-person and remote training sessions, collaborating with our Sales, Support, and IT teams to advance our product portfolio based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee new product onboarding and implementation.
• Lead or support engagement-related projects from planning through execution.
• Define project scope, set timelines, manage stakeholders, and ensure delivery within budget and schedule.
• Design and deliver training programs using varied instructional techniques.
• Conduct on-site training and installations at customer venues.
• Support the Customer Engagement team in developing and improving training modules.
• Stay updated on new products, enhancements, and industry developments.
• Act as a key liaison between customers and internal Ebet teams.
• Assist in product demonstrations for potential clients as part of the Sales process.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience managing cross-functional projects end-to-end, using project management methodologies to deliver customer-faced initiatives on time and within scope.
• Strong presentation skills across both face-to-face and virtual formats, with experience in system customisation and implementation.
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to demonstrate patience and adaptability in addressing customer needs.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Experience in training needs analysis, module development, facilitation, and evaluation.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable, as well as experience with the Ebet Metropolis system.

Location:Sydney (Parramatta) and Melbourne (remote)
