Section Wait Staff - A-La Carte service
Food and Drink Servers - early mornings for Breakfast service or all services
Barista - early morning coffee creators
We offer shifts ranging from early mornings for breakfast to late-night cocktails in our unique venues. Our award-winning venues thrive on personality and delicious offerings for every taste.
For Baristas:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages consistently and with care.
Engage with guests, providing excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
Stay knowledgeable about our menu and coffee blends.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
ABOUT YOU:
The roles report to Food and Beverage Managers and work with a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
We seek zealous, engaging, and professional food and beverage professionals
You will need to demonstrate:
Recent experience in food and beverage service in a high-end environment
A current QLD RSA Certificate
Availability across a 7-day roster, including AM and PM shifts
A high standard of service with an energetic, adaptable personality
An engaging, confident, guest-centric character with a drive to create memorable experiences
