The Role

We are seeking courageous collaborators to join our Crystalbrook Vincent team in Brisbane – those who have an unwavering passion and flair for all things Food & Beverage are encouraged to apply.



Responsibilities
  • Section Wait Staff - A-La Carte service
  • Food and Drink Servers - early mornings for Breakfast service or all services
  • Barista - early morning coffee creators

We can offer shifts that vary from early mornings for a beautiful breakfast service to late night cocktails in the most special venues in town. Our exceptional award-winning venues thrive with personality and gastric delights to suit every taste.



Barista role responsibilities
  • Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages with consistency and care.
  • Engaging with guests, providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
  • Staying knowledgeable about our menu and various coffee blends.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.


About You

The positions report to Food and Beverage Managers and work alongside a passionate and supportive team who believe in crafting incredible culinary experiences for all guests.


We take great pride in delivering the very best dining experience in our venues, because of this we are seeking zealous, engaging and professional food and beverage wizards



You Will Need To Demonstrate
  • Recent experience in food and beverage service in a high-end environment
  • A current QLD RSA Certificate
  • Availability across a 7 day roster - AM and PM shifts
  • A high standard of service and an agile, high-energy personality
  • An engaging, confident and guest centric character with a natural drive to provide memorable guest experiences
