**About You**

You are a competent and committed Accounts Payable & Receivable Officer who strikes a balance between process, time management, with a strong attention to detail. You enjoy taking responsibility for all aspects of AP and AR, specialising across everything accounts, driving support to your colleagues when needed, as well as responding to all accounts inquires.

Reporting to our Finance Manager, our Accounts Payable & Receivable Officer will be responsible for the following:

- Daily processing of remittances and banking into our accounting system
- Accounts payable processing of supplier invoices ensuring compliance with approval matrix
- Responding to supplier queries and statement reconciliations
- Working closely with the operational team on project reconciliation and billing
- Completing and owning all components of the Accounts Payable and Receivable function
- Other general administrative and general office duties as required

**What You Need**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an Accounts role preferably within the construction industry and/or associated industries will be an advantage
- Accounting/Bookkeeping background experience preferred
- Attention to detail is imperative
- Strong time management skills
- A positive and professional attitude and approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record of working to strict deadlines
