**About the Role**

The Procurement Specialist position is primarily responsible in assisting the Procurement Manager in identifying and coordinating preferred suppliers for Arcare operations and overseeing the ongoing management of contracts. The position will work closely with the operations of the organisation to deliver optimally priced and appropriate products to meet the ongoing needs of Arcare clients.

The Procurement Specialist provides procurement expertise and assist stakeholders to plan, develop, source and manage procurement arrangements to effectively meet organisational and business objectives.

**Skills and Experience**
- 2-5 years plus procurement specialist experience
- R&M Experience desirable
- Experience in contract management and negotiations across multiple states
- Membership of professional procurement association.
- Tertiary education in business, finance or similar.
- High level financial management skills
- Advanced skills in all Microsoft programs
- Reliable car and current Driver's License as travel is required.
