The Infrastructure, Asset Services & Major Capital Works Command collaborates across the business to strategically plan required Agency service delivery for security and safety, lifecycle and asset management, property and fleet management, and infrastructure development.
This role is part of Secure Facilities and Assets Workgroup who advise on strategic asset planning, as well as managing the maintenance and repair of all QCS secure facilities (emergency and reactive). This group also manages the: - annual preventative maintenance plan
- work programs
- prioritise budget expenditure
- management of property, fleet, facilities
- asset services for the agency
- identification of efficiencies and economies of scale for maintenance and development planning
As such, this role connects infrastructure functionality and deliverables to QCS asset management and financial frameworks, to ensure standards, governance and accountabilities are achieved for Agency operational responsibilities.
