Job Role
This leadership position requires you to collaborate closely with support workers and clients to establish Self-Managed Teams that are collaborative, capable, and client-focused.
Key responsibilities involve guiding Primary Workers to step into their leadership roles with clarity and purpose, ensuring team stability, and supporting worker allocations.
You will also manage service intake, planning, and reviews in collaboration with participants and their teams, engage regularly with your team to build strong culture and proactive practice, and ensure quality, safeguarding, and compliance are embedded into everyday work.
Additionally, you will respond to incidents, support debriefs, and drive reflective practice, champion staff feedback tools to promote culture, accountability, and improvement, and provide monthly reporting to contribute to organisation-wide service insights.
This is a people-first leadership role where you will be managing logistics and compliance while supporting teams to thrive and clients to live well.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience in the NDIS sector with a strong understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards
Leadership or coaching experience formal or informal
Passion for person-centred, strengths-based approaches
Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
Ability to build great relationships
Driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
