NDIS Recovery Coach Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced recovery coach to provide personalized supports to individuals with psychosocial disabilities.

About the Role:

  • Provide individualized coaching to support participants in achieving their goals through a recovery-based approach.
  • Collaborate with participants to build trust and motivate them to set and work towards their objectives.
  • Foster a non-judgmental, person-centered approach with high emotional intelligence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health or Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work and/or two years of experience in mental health-related work.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of psychosocial disability and recovery principles, including trauma-informed practice and supported decision making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
