About the Role
- Support the business in health service planning by providing meaningful and accurate data, of both a strategic and operational nature. - Develop health service performance reports including relevant insights, reporting on variances and investigating exceptions. This includes the ability to interpret the strategic direction and external performance measures to determine appropriate measures and data sources. Actively manage the forecast function (financial, staffing and activity) across the health service, alongside the Finance Manager, Performance and Analysis. Provide training and expert advice, and ensure procedures are continuously revised to align with internal and external requirements and to ensure the most accurate methodology. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support organisational performance and effective data collection.
