Overview We are currently partnering with our client to recruit an experienced Senior Business Partner for a 3–6-month temporary contract role.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful organisational outcomes while working in a supportive and professional environment.
The Role This position will see you partnering with executives, senior managers, and people leaders to provide both strategic and operational guidance across a broad range of complex HR and people management matters.
Duration : 3-6 month temporary contract Location : South-east Melbourne Rate : $79-88 per hour plus super Key Responsibilities Providing coaching and advice to senior managers and people leaders to strengthen capability and performance across the organisation.
Leading the end-to-end management of complex and sensitive casework, including investigations into employee misconduct.
Driving workforce planning initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement strategies that enhance organisational performance and efficiency.
Leading organisational change processes, ensuring compliance with industrial instruments and supporting transformation initiatives.
Key Criteria Demonstrated experience working within Victorian government.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Workplace Relations or a related field, or extensive experience in a similar role.
Demonstrate knowledge and application of a Business Partnering model and framework to ensure contemporary business partner approaches are used across a broad range of activities including.
Proven success managing sensitive and complex people management matters through to resolution.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and influence outcomes at all levels.
A current Working with Children Check and Police Check, or a willingness to obtain them.
