Our client, a local government agency is seeking a People and Culture (P&C) Advisor to provide administrative support and help deliver essential P&C services to employees across the organisation for an inital 3 month period This is a temporary, full-time position working 35 hours per week.
As a P&C Advisor, you will be responsible for day-to-day P&C administration throughout the employee lifecycle.Key Accountabilities: Supporting recruitment and selection, as well as employee onboarding and offboardingProcessing forms and invoices and handling general correspondenceMaintaining P&C systems, including data entry, testing, and reportingProviding administrative support for P&C projects and eventsProvide P&C advice and information, respond to inquiries, and help implement and manage P&C business processes to ensure efficiencyKey requirements:Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative support in a People and Culture environmentHighly developed organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent customer service skills, including providing clear, accurate, and timely informationAdvanced computer skills and the ability to use a range of computer applicationsA commitment to working in a team environment Desirable, but not required:A current Class C (minimum) NSW Driver's LicenceA relevant tertiary qualification in People and Culture or a related fieldExperience with HR information systems like TechOne or Oracle Apply for immediate consideration.At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
