With a leadership team stacked with some of the industry's best, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Quality Manager to lead the national quality function across a growing pipeline of mission-critical construction projects, including automated industrial facilities, technical builds, and data centres.This is a unique opportunity to get in early with a world-class business at the start of its Australian journey.About the RoleBased from the company's Macquarie Park head office and reporting directly into senior leadership, the Quality Manager will:Lead the development and implementation of national quality systems and frameworksEnsure compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirementsFoster a strong culture of quality assurance and control across all projectsCollaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants across multiple sitesProvide guidance, support, and coaching to site teams and promote continuous improvementAssist in the pre-construction phase to embed quality processes from day oneWhat We're Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you'll need to bring:10+ years' experience in Quality Management within the construction industryAt least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within complex, project-based environmentsStrong understanding of building codes, industry regulations, and best-practice QA/QC systemsExperience on data centres, high-tech industrial, or critical infrastructure projects will be highly regardedExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA proactive, hands-on approach with a genuine passion for qualityWhy Join?
