Job Title:
Lead Quality Assurance SpecialistWe are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our quality assurance function.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and tactical QA leader to establish and own the quality assurance function for our company. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions and driving process improvements.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement robust QA processes and frameworks to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with engineering, product and delivery teams to drive test strategy and automate testing using Selenium with Java.
- Perform manual functional testing where required and provide detailed defect reports.
- Design and maintain test plans, write and execute test cases, and manage defect tracking.
- Contribute to hiring or vendor selection as the QA function grows.
- Proven experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA in a software environment.
- Strong hands-on skills in test automation (Selenium with Java preferred).
- Solid experience in functional testing and test case design.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical teams.
- A high-impact role with full ownership of QA direction.
- Hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days in the CBD office.
