Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Bluett & Swann Folding Walls Pty Ltd Full time

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to come and join our team at Bluett & Swann Folding Walls Pty Ltd on a casual basis at our Dandenong South office. Ideally, we are looking for a tertiary student, studying accounting, business or commerce. Hours of work will be 9:30am - 4:00pm one-day a week (possibility to increase to two days). We are flexible as to working weekday and happy to accomodate around exam timetables. No office experience is required.

**Duties include**:

- Invoicing
- Accounts payable
- Assisting the Accountant with cost accounting and BAS preparation
- Regulating the cost of suppliers
- Proficient computer skills
- Literate in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent writtern and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- High attention to detail
