Product Integrity Analyst

**Overview**

Responsible for taking all necessary actions to complete prevention, early detection or resolution activities as per agreed timelines to ensure that Link deliverables to our clients meet each fund specific business rules and product descriptions while Link liabilities are kept to a minimum.

**Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and execute plans to ensure the quality of products are maintained to the satisfaction of our clients as per each Fund business rules and product descriptions
- Complete task allocated by the manager to prevent, early detect and resolve product related complex issues as per the monthly delivery plan agreed with the manager
- Work closely with the resources within the IT area and deliver cost effective solutions that meet client requirements
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service to our clients, members and Trustees, by providing member account calculations, reviews within agreed SLAs and each Fund investment business rules ensuring accuracy
- Ensure Off-System Calculations policy is adhered to and provide oversight on calculators as per policy
- Responsible for running early detection reports and verification of variances, including raising of IT and GRC incidents
- Write & execute SQL queries to extract data and complete calculations/analysis
- Working knowledge of VBA to develop and maintain reporting and calculation tools
- Manage strategic quality projects on behalf of Investments and Product Integrity
- Participate in problem solving and collaboration and maintain healthy group dynamics
- Ensure adherence to Risk standards and Product Integrity assurance on a regular basis
- Work with Funds, internal / external auditors in delivering components of audits assigned by the manager.
- Maintain all work meeting GS007 standards including completion of assigned quality assurance testing and follow ups
- Actively seek process improvement opportunities
- Participate in PVT testing for releases and patches as assigned
- Ensure adherence and compliance with all legislative, financial, policy, procedural and quality requirements including OH&S issues
- Assist in projects to review and attend investment related BRD's, functional specs, fund investment related changes and new fund investment related transitions
- Assist Investment Manager with management reports as agreed

**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- You are an ambitious Technical Specialist with advanced knowledge in VBA/SQL/Excel
- Experience in IT and or Finance
- Experience improving performance via innovative and intuitive technical solutions
- Experience in Superannuation preferred
- Bachelor degree in IT and or Finance
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Financial Services
- Superior customer service and organisational skills
- Sound business written and verbal communication skills
- ASFA qualification or equivalent very well regarded
