Together, we want to help you build a fulfilling career with Lifeblood.About the roleOurFrankstonDonor Centre is seeking a Centre Service Officer with a genuine passion to deliver an exceptional service to our donors.
Working collaboratively in a team, a day in the centre could see you:Warmly greet and welcome our donorsProvide donors with clear instructions as to the completion of paperworkPrepare food and beverages for donors and replenish the self-service buffet barMonitor donors post-donation and assist them in rebooking for their next donationOur flexible self-paced paid training program has a balance between on-the-job practice, and online class schedules to ensure that you are well supported.
Besides having a real passion to deliver an amazing donor experience, you'll need to be able to:Occasionally lift between 9-22.7kgsFrequent sitting, bending and reaching to restock supplies in the kitchenBe flexible to work varied shifts on a fortnightly rotating roster from Monday to Sunday, including weekends and afternoon shifts.
