Our client is a family owned and run 35 place Centre located in the Upper North Shore Suburbs who is seeking an experienced director to make the Centre their own.

They require an ECT or Diploma qualified Director to lead and manager their beautiful service in return for an excellent salary package.

**To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following**:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the role (preferred)
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Hold a Diploma in Children Services
- A current Working with Children's Check and valid First Aid, Child Protection.
- Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) and Rating and Assessment process
- Strong experience creating and maintaining a Centre Quality Improvement Program
- Extensive experience within the Early Childhood sector
- Team player
- Excellent communication, leadership and management skills
- Highly organised and ability to multi-task
