The **Project Officer**plays a key role within the** Project Management Office (PMO)** at Endeavour Foundation, supporting the PMO Manager and Project Managers in the effective coordination and delivery of multiple projects across an organisation-wide portfolio.

The role is responsible for coordinating administrative and documentation tasks that underpin strong project governance, consistent project management processes, and timely reporting. Working closely with a broad range of stakeholders, the position helps maintain alignment and momentum across the entire project lifecycle. As part of a high-performing team, this role contributes to ensuring projects are well-managed and deliver meaningful outcomes.

**Key duties of this role are to**:

- Provide coordination and administrative support across multiple projects, including maintaining documentation, schedules, resource tracking, and risk registers.
- Support the PMO Manager with portfolio-level governance, reporting, and oversight, ensuring project information is accurate and delivered on time.
- Assist Project Managers with creating and managing project plans, steering committee packs, budget tracking, and status updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and engagement by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and following up on actions.
- Organise travel, logistics, and engagement activities to support project delivery and implementation across various sites.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting updates to project dashboards, tracking benefits realisation, and refining delivery processes and tools.

**To succeed in this role, you will have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management, Public Administration (highly desirable).
- Formal training in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Prince2 Foundation, or PMBOK-aligned certification (e.g. CAPM).
- Demonstrated experience in providing administrative project support across multiple projects of varying sizes, within an organisation-wide portfolio.
- High level interpersonal and communication skills to develop relationships with team members and stakeholders.

You will be required to undertake a** "Fit2Work" National Criminal History Check**and**hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
