**EnviroAg Australia** are seeking a full time Project Officer for our Toowoomba office, located at Withcott.

This is an exciting position being involved in a very diverse array of agricultural and environmental related projects. The role of this position is to provide administrative and finance project support to our businesses.

**The Position**

The purpose of this position is to provide support to the business, specifically with administrative, budgetary, and general project support. The position reports directly to the Managing Director on a daily and weekly basis in regard to project and task delivery. The position works within all companies, as directed.

This position is project based and involves project research, drafting documents, budgeting and procurement, budget analysis against base vs actual; facilitating logistics, liaison with government and associate bodies, and project administrative tasks.

The position may, as required, report to relevant scientists, engineers and other technical specialists and the HSEQ officer.

**Duties for this Position**:
The key duties of the position will include:

- Assist in the delivery of quality project outcomes including drafting letters, briefs, and other advices;
- Assist to prepare project scopes, build project budgets and prepare draft proposals, as directed;
- Facilitate meetings, take and distribute meeting minutes, as required;
- Engage with clients to arrange delivery of project work and related documents;
- Procure and facilitate materials, equipment and logistics, as required;
- Collect, collate and file scientific data for projects;
- Assist to engage the market to generate leads and enquiries for projects with new and existing clients;
- Any project administrative tasks; filing for project hardcopy and electronic copy documents; as directed
- Update company systems with data and information, as directed;
- Use of company quality systems and reporting software;
- Other duties, as required.

**Formal Qualifications and Experience Required**:

- Experience in an Australian professional, or technical, consultancy position in private or service industry;
- Qualifications and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Business-related studies;
- Experience in budgeting and project procurement, preferred;
- Also qualifications, or experience, in one or more of the following areas would be an advantage: Environmental or Agricultural Science or Engineering, Applied Science, or other; but not essential;
- Sound knowledge and experience in MS Word; advanced computer skills an advantage;
- Experience in Australian agriculture is highly desirable;
- Current Open driver's license is essential (manual vehicle preferred);
- First Aid and CPR certificate, is preferred.
