- Thrive in the beautiful Darling Downs, 20 minutes west of Toowoomba
- Above award salary from $74,855.48 to $106,844.36 (Pro Rata) plus superannuation
- $1000 Relocation Bonus
- Additional $108.09 director allowance (Pro Rata) per fortnight
- Separate Teacher and Director's Non-Contact Time
- Commence immediately

**Our Centre**

C&K Oakey has supported the local community for over fifty-five years, building a love of learning with generations of families as well as embracing our new families of all heritages. Our Kindy values our natural environments and large outdoor play spaces. During our nature walks and exploration of our bush space children engineer tepees, create using natural objects, mark make using sticks, learn about nature and spot a range of wildlife and neighbouring animals including kangaroos, cockatoos, pelicans, bearded dragons, tawny frog mouth and even horses.

We are looking for an approachable leader amongst the community for families, children and employees; and a successful educator who has a hands-on approach in teaching as well as capable of managing the service operationally.

You will need to hold, or be willing to enrol and work towards
- Completed Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification).
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card
- A Police Check current within 3 months or willingness to obtain one

All C&K employees are required to undergo background checks which includes a police check. Also, all C&K employees will need to have obtained their 1st and 2nd vaccinations for COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
