**C&K Salisbury Community Kindergarten** is a unique centre that caters for up to 44 children. Our Kindergarten environment is built around large, open spaces which provides opportunities for multiple modes of teaching experiences. These spaces are established to facilitate both moments of intentional teaching and spontaneous incidental teaching.

Our Centre is now looking for a Director /Teacher who is passionate about working alongside children in their early years and will contribute to a team that values open communication and sees children as competent and capable learners.

You will be working on a Permanent part term basis every Thursday, Friday and Alternate Wednesday (37.5 hours per fortnight).

**Joining our Family**

You will be a self-starter, love your community and possess a creative vision. Must be committed to continuous improvement, through a collaborative approach with colleagues, community, families, and children. Previous Director Teacher experience is desirable but not essential. An approachable leader amongst your community of families, children, and employees; with a hands-on approach in managing the service operationally.

**You will need to hold**
- Completed Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification).
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card
- A Police Check current within 3 months or willing to obtain one

All C&K employees are required to undergo background checks which include a police check and, as a condition of employment, all employees are required to have 1st and 2nd COVID Vaccinations.
