**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a Fluids Assistant at Raelene Boyle Retirement Village** **in Aberfeldie. This is a part time** **position working** **Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday 0930 -1300**.**

This role is crucial in promoting and assisting with all aspects of nutritional food and fluid intake of our residents. In this role you will:

- Ensure all residents receive a jug of fresh water and clean glass each morning to maintain their hydration
- Prepare smoothies and/or food supplement drinks (e.g., Ensure) when required and maintain a continuous supply in the dining room fridge
- Assist with all aspects of dining room preparation for morning tea / lunch to create a 5 star dining experience
- Maintaining a record of any fluids and food given to residents, as directed by the Registered Nurse and raising any concerns as they arise
