Hygienic Fluid Handling and Food Heat Transfer Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong background in hygienic fluid handling and food heat transfer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of developing and growing distribution partners.
- Key Responsibilities:
Develop and grow distribution partnerships by building strong relationships, aligning on targets, and providing training and technical expertise.
Create demand with end-users through engagement and specification influence.
Nurture leads, prepare value-based proposals, and follow up to close deals.
Be active in the market through customer visits, webinars/seminars, and industry events representation.
Provide technical support, assist with quotes, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Promote sustainability and innovation through optimization audits and new product launches.
Develop sales plans based on market insights and customer behavior, aligned with divisional strategy.
- Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or similar).
5–10 years of experience in hygienic fluid handling, heat transfer, or related process equipment.
Proven experience working with distribution or integrator partners or indirect sales models.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify opportunities, influence stakeholders, and deliver results.
Comfortable using CRM and digital tools to manage pipeline and drive decisions.
